Sarah practices in all areas of family law including divorce, separation, negotiating financial settlements, negotiating arrangements for children, care proceedings and domestic violence.Firm: Mason Baggott and Garton | Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and since then has specialised in Family Law. She is a partner in Mason Baggott & Garton which practices in Scunthorpe, Brigg and Epworth. She has been a partner since 2001.
Before joining the firm she obtained her law degree from Leeds University and undertook her Legal Practice qualification at the College of Law in York. She qualified as a Collaborative Lawyer in London in 2007. Sarah is a local girl having been born in Scunthorpe although she spent much of her formative years in Trinidad, returning to complete her education in Scunthorpe before going off to University. |
